1mpact are Highly Professional Educators supporting a range educational and business support projects in the UK and Worldwide. We have a small but passionate team of educators that focusses on high standards to ensure we make a difference to people's lives and our partners businesses.
We specialise in Community Social Education to migrants, English Language Support (ESOL & IELTS), Employability help, Sports Management Services, Home Office Visa Support and wider Consultancy advice for business in the education, food sports sectors.
We have developed many exciting joint-venture partnerships investing our time and expertise to deliver projects for social change. We are client focussed with over 15 years experience in Community Education, Sports , Contract Management & Leadership.
We specialise in the delivery of Community based Education projects in some of the most difficult and challenging locations in the UK addressing social isolation, migrant communities and those needing urgent skills support around English Language, Digital Skills and Employment support. To provide added value we also provide essential Wellbeing and Healthy Minds programmes looking at areas of confidence, motivation, healthy lifestyle to put in place the Building Blocks for better lives.
Our Vision is to help shape lives through collaborative partnerships with communities, businesses and students.
We specialise and have a passion for leadership but not in the traditional way. We believe in organisational culture and values driven leadership to make a difference. Put simply "Get the right people on the bus and drive somewhere great !"
Our cosultancy and management services aim to add business value to partners and individuals. The aim is o make a positive difference by developing creative educational solutions. We support and collaborate with the Food & Sports Sector as well as Educators to develop and grow long term high quality projects which are sustainable. We are also VISA experts under our licences to support overseas students.
We have recently started providing compliance bases consultancy to the Food sector to help navigate and provide training to ensure business are complaint with the new HFSS (High, Fat Sugar & Salt) legislation.
James Bambridge is our Group MD and works across all our business divisions.
He spent the last 15 years in Senior Management in the Education Sector having previously been a Commercial Manager for 20 years in Business Finance and 10 years working in the Football Industry.
James is a Volunteer FA Licensed Coach and Intermediary. He also is a charity trustee and run a grassroots youth football club. He is a management committee member at a large Amateur Sports Club with over 600 members.
Professionally he has run some of the UK Education sectors largest national contracts as well as overseeing the development of large scale innovative solutions in High Level Professional Skills and the growing Advanced Learner Loans Market.
He has enjoyed helping a number of education businesses develop and grow over the last 15 years and has been involved in the development of some very exciting education sector projects.
James is passionate about social change and how high quality educational experiences can make a difference to peoples' lives. He is fascinated in how the cultures and values created in organisations can have impact on long term success.
In his spare time he enjoying traveling, football blogging, cruising and photography.

Luke Doughty is our Director and works across all our 1mpact Communities Not for Profit Projects leading on Finance, new Grants and Bids and quality control supporting our tutors.
Luke is a qualified Accountant having recently completed his Accounting Degree at Northampton University. Luke has experience of business finance and has worked for 6 years in the Football Industry and VCSE Sector.
Luke is a Volunteer FA Licensed Coach & Club Child Welfare Officer
He also is a charity trustee and helps support the development of best practise at Hawks Football Club. Luke is also a management Committee member at the Kettering Westside Community Group which helps support local residential initiatives in Kettering.
Luke enjoys helping local community projects develop and using his financial skills to help develop sustainability in our work.
In his spare time Luke enjoys traveling, cooking (as he is a qualified chef) and is a Football Coach

Charlotte Reynolds is our Development Director and works across our 1mpact Projects involving Migrants and Refugees and those effected by Modern Day Slavery.
Charlotte supports the board through establishing connections, mapping our service offers to our customers and supports stakeholder management by sourcing new opportunities.
She is a self-driven and highly motivated individual who has a passion for supporting those in need.
She has a BA in International Development with Politics from the University of East Anglia. She has a proven record in the sector having worked previously with the East of England Strategic Migration Partnership developing policy initiatives which support local authority work with unaccompanied asylum seeking children.
Charlotte also supports a Norwich based Charity, STN Trust, a charity which supports those in the local community who are disadvantaged, a particular focus being on modern day slavery. She has undertaken work in Uganda supporting local communities.
In her spare time Charlotte has been involved in a number of voluntary roles including volunteering for Norwich Nightline, and helping at her local church. She enjoys travelling and finding new coffee shops !!

Haleema is our Lead Tutor and Curriculum Planner. She works across our 1mpact Projects supporting Speakers of other languages.
Haleema supports the board by ensuring our learning syllabus is kept up to date and is focussed around the needs of our learners.
She maps our service offers to our customers. Haleema has been instrumental in developing our online syllabus to meet the demands of the recent COVID crisis in order to ensure our learners can remain engaged.
She has a great bubbly and infectious personality that our staff and learners love. Her enthusiasm and passion for supporting those in need really helps our business. Coming from the local communities we support means she understand the challenges our learners face.
Haleema has a MA in Applied Linguistics (TEFL) from the University of Bedfordshire and a 1st Class Honours Degree in English Language and Linguistics. She has a proven record in teaching and syllabus design .
In her spare time, Haleema enjoys painting, Sheis a talented artist specialising in portraits.

Carla is our one of our Industry experts and supports some of our business compliance projects . She specialises in Food Industry compliance and Uk and EU Food Law.
Carla supports the board by running our new HFSS compliance advisory service for the food industry and is actively looking at new governance projects as well as supporting the business in general.
Carla has been instrumental in developing our HFSS busines support service and is available on a consultancy basis to industry.
Carla has a BSC Honours degree in Food Manufacturing from the University of Porto and is multi-lingual in English and Portuguese so she can support UK & EU wide businesses as well as helping the development of our Iberian language work.
In her spare time, Carla is a Black belt in Karate and has represented Team GB.
