We are a small but passionate team of educators and business professionals that focusses on high standards to ensure we make a difference to people's lives and our partners businesses.
We are a European Union and UK Government contractor working with the European Social Fund, Department of Levelling Up, Department of Work and Pensions, Local Authorities, Local Enterprise Partnerships, Schools and Universities.
We specialise in Community Social Education to migrants, English Language Support (ESOL & IELTS), Employability help, Sports Management Services, Home Office Visa Support and wider Consultancy advice for business in the education, food and sports sectors.
We have developed many exciting joint-venture partnerships investing our time and expertise to deliver projects for social change. We are client focussed with over 15 years experience in Community Education, Sports , Contract Management & Leadership.
We specialise in the delivery of Community based Education projects in some of the most difficult and challenging locations in the UK addressing social isolation, migrant communities and those needing urgent skills support around English Language, Digital Skills and Employability. Our programmes look at areas of confidence, motivation, healthy lifestyle to put in place the Building Blocks for better lives.

We specialise and have a passion for leadership but not in the traditional way. We believe in organisational culture and values driven leadership to make a difference. Put simply "Get the right people on the bus and drive somewhere great !"
Our consultancy and management services aim to add business value to partners and individuals. The aim is to make a positive difference by developing leadership skills. As part of our services we offer critical friend audits, financial and compliance checks, governance support and advice on creative educational solutions.

About James
James Bambridge is our Group MD and works across all our business divisions.
He spent the last 18 years in Senior Management in the Education Sector having previously been a Commercial Manager for 20 years in Banking specialising in Corporate Finance.
James has volunteered for 13 years and is a UEFA C and FA Level 2 Licensed Coach with Youth Specialisms. He is a Football Intermediary.
He also is a charity trustee and Chairman of a local grassroots youth football club Hawks FC. He is a management committee member at a Kettering Sports Club, a very large Amateur Sports Club with over 600 members and its own ground.
Professionally he has run some of the UK Education sectors largest national contracts as well as overseeing the development of large scale innovative solutions in High Level Professional Skills and the growing Advanced Learner Loans Market.
He has enjoyed helping a number of education businesses develop and grow over the last 15 years and has been involved in the development of some very exciting education sector projects.
James is passionate about social change and how high quality educational experiences can make a difference to peoples' lives. He is fascinated in how the cultures and values created in organisations can have impact on long term success.
In his spare time he enjoying traveling, football blogging, cruising and photography.

About LUKE
Luke Doughty is our Director and works across all our 1mpact Communities Not for Profit Projects leading on Finance, new Grants and Bids and quality control supporting our tutors.
Luke is a qualified Accountant holding and Accounting Degree at Northampton University. Luke has experience of business finance and has worked for 8 years in the Football Industry and VCSE Sector.
Luke is a Volunteer FA Licensed Coach & Club Child Welfare Officer
He also is a charity trustee and helps support the development of best practise at Hawks Football Club. Luke is also a management Committee member at the Kettering Westside Community Group which helps support local residential initiatives in Kettering and Kettering Sports Club whihc has 600 members.
Luke enjoys helping local community projects develop and using his financial skills to help develop sustainability in our work and with stakeholders.
In his spare time Luke enjoys traveling, cooking (as he is a qualified chef) and is a Football Coach

About
HALEEMA
Haleema is our Lead Tutor and Curriculum Planner. She works across our 1mpact Projects supporting Speakers of other languages.
Haleema supports the board by ensuring our learning syllabus is kept up to date and is focussed around the needs of our learners.
She maps our service offers to our customers. Haleema has been instrumental in developing our online syllabus and coursewear.
She has a great bubbly and infectious personality that our staff and learners love. Her enthusiasm and passion for supporting those in need really helps our business. Coming from the local communities we support means she understand the challenges our learners face.
Haleema has a MA in Applied Linguistics (TEFL) from the University of Bedfordshire and a 1st Class Honours Degree in English Language and Linguistics. She has a proven record in teaching and syllabus design .
In her spare time, Haleema enjoys painting, She is a talented artist specialising in portraits.
