A full "Critical Friend" review and strategic assessment will take around 3 days after which we can advise or provide some regular ongoing support at day rates.
We charge a competitive flat fee for our Due Diligence Health Check and a Day rate for any ongoing support.
Ideally you should want a regular review to make sure your Organisations Health is kept up to date.
