ETHICAL PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL SERVICES

We see our players and students as long term clients. Some may wish to progress their education into College or University and we can support under our Advice & Guidance Services to organise this type of placement and support Tier 4 Visa applications.

​

Clubs are not just looking for Talent alone but well grounded professional individuals with a great attitude, work ethic and desire for self improvement. Our mentoring role supports this ethos. It is in the interests of us and the player to work together for mutual benefit. Providing Educational Support and pathways we see as vital for long term benefits beyond the game.

We work with many Football Agencies, Clubs and Intermediaries. As well as providing the pastoral care as an educator we want to offer Ethical advice and support to our students in a professional way whilst ensuring their welfare and aspirations are paramount in any negotiations. 

​

For Football students arriving under our Educational programmes  we offer a Free sign up to our Ethical Professional Service and provide ongoing advice during the education programmes. If Students progress in their game and are identified under our Talent Identification Process as having significant potential to play at Professional or Semi-professional level we will offer to formally represent them. 

​

Free Agents Players not studying at the education campus but wishing to also benefit from this Professional Service can apply for this level of support on the website. Terms are negotiated separately
